How does it work?
When a problem arises, you call the Home Warranty's toll-free number. You will talk to a dispatcher who will assess your problem and make sure it is covered under the warranty. Then, they will send a service representative to your home.
There is usually a service fee of $35 to $50. The parts and labor are included in the fee. Please read through the brochure to find out what is covered under the policy.
We recommend them to all of our clients to ask the seller in the purchase offer to pay for this item which typically runs $245 to $500 depending upon the services covered.
