  • A Higher Price - buyers feel protected from unknown after-sale problems
  • Peace of Mind - knowing that after you have moved out, the home warranty company's policy will covered service problems - offering you additional after-sale liability protection
  • CRES Home Warranty plan is only offered by a few home warranty companies.  It provides you with, at no extra cost, insurance coverage for up to $25,000 under their Seller Protection Plan in the event something happens in your transaction.  Learn more

How does it work?

When a problem arises, the buyer calls the Home Warranty's toll-free number.  They talk to a dispatcher who will assess your problem and make sure it is covered under the warranty.  Then, they will send a service representative to the buyer's home. 

There is usually a service fee of $35 to $50.  The parts and labor are included in the fee.  Please read through the brochure to find out what is covered under the policy.

We recommend them to all of our clients to offer a Home Warranty plan in the sale of their home.  This cost is typically runs $245 to $500 depending upon the services covered.  The policy lasts for one year.
 

Home Warranty Tips:
One of our buyer clients had a air conditioning problem and several other problems after they purchased a home in La Mirada, California.  They were so happy that they had a Home Warranty that covered their problems.  They told us that they saved $12,000 in costs by using the plan.
