Most visitors to my websites only use part of the tool. They don’t click on the +Advanced Search link. I’m not sure why.
But the +Advanced Search expands your options by allowing you to add features to the home search to narrow down a list of properties. There is no perfect search solution available but this one offers you up to 300 different features.
